The event is designed to:

  • Create brand awareness of local government as an employer of choice.
  • Connect job seekers with public sector employment opportunities.
  • Teach job seekers the benefits and career paths within local government as a collective.

What employers can participate?

Open to all municipalities and counties in North Carolina.

Participating organizations will be able to:

  • Reserve a table at the event with two representatives.
  • Serve on the event Communications Committee.
  • Include their logo and job board on the event website.
  • Have access to marketing materials for promotion of event and beyond.

How much does it cost to participate?

  • 1-100 employees: $100
  • 101-300 employees: $300
  • 301-600 employees: $1,100
  • 600+ employees: $1,500
